Movie Review: Pay it Forward

Title: Pay it Forward
Genre: Drama
Starring: Haley Joel Osment, Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt
I give this movie 8/10 stars.

This is a touching movie about an 11 year old boy named Trevor who's going through some rough times family-wise. He starts out at a new school and his social studies teacher gives them an assignment after an inspiring lecture.
Think of a way you can change the world and put it into action
Trevor takes this to heart and starts to believe he can really change the world.
So he came up with Pay It Forward.
Instead of paying back good deeds, you pay them forward, doing a (big) good deed for three other people and tell those three people about PIF, hoping they will one day return the favor to three *other* people. No strings attached.

Trevor started with a homeless man. He let him shower, fed him and gave him some money and got him a job, meanwhile his clueless mother who doesn't know what is going on in Trevor's life, is surprised to find the homeless guy, Jerry, working on her broken down car.
Jerry explains PIF to her and she is baffled Trevor wouldn't tell her something like this.
So Jerry leaves, and later Trevor catches him getting high with his buddies and is broken hearted that his plan was not working. Broken hearted but not discouraged. He moves on. There's still time.
Meanwhile, a reporter who was paid forward with a brand new jaguar, has been tracking to try and get to the source.

This is a good movie, despite some language I recommend it.
It makes you think... If a little boy could start changing the world in a movie, why couldn't someone start to change the world in real life? People are so full of themselves these days that I don't know if it would work but like Trevor said in the movie
"You can't plan it, it'll just happen"
