I looked up a band called Paramore the other day and I really like their stuff.
Pandora.com says the lead singer (Hayley Williams) is like the next Avril Lavigne, only Hayley has more power and control with her voice. And unlike Avril, she's not an angry, angst driven teenager, she's a happy, nice sort of person.

Paramore is really cool.
Her voice kind of reminds me of Kelly Clarkson with Avrils style, lol.
