Movie Review: Bridge to Terabithia

Title: Bridge to Terabithia
Genre: Modern Fantasy?
Starring: Josh Hutcherson (Zathura), AnnaSophia Robb (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory)
Rating: PG-13
I give this movie 10 out of 10 stars.

Jesse Aarons's family is poor. They can't afford to even buy new shoes and it seems as if they can't afford to spend any time with their son either.
One day at school Jesse meets the new girl, Leslie, and they become friends.
Together they escape to a world they created with their imaginations and call that world Terabithia. Jesse learns to use his imagination and to stick up for himself.

This movie was really good. The acting, for being 13 and 14 year olds was great and so were the effects and the story flowed smoothly. I loved Leslie's wardrobe and her shoes pwn.

I haven't read the book so I don't know how well it followed to the original story line but the movie was great and I highly recommend it. It's a good family movie.

I didn't care for it. I guess I'm to much of an adult. But the kids liked it.
