How in the bloody hell....

-- Did I manage to wake up at 7:25, under the impression it was later.
I was, after all, up until 10:30 or so doing algebra. I was dog tired.
And BAM. 7:30 rolls around and it feels like 9. Until i actually looked at the clock.

But its not all bad.
Guess who I got an email from today?
Glenn the Funny Song Man!
I haven't talked to him in like, over a year so I was pretty surprised.

He was emailing to let me know that Chris Richardson - American Idol Season 6 Finalist - was in the studio. He said he was going to get a picture because I told him a long time ago that he looked like Chris. AND he said Chris is going to be out somewhere for two hours signing autographs and talking to people and stuff.

Pshaw. Awesome.

FESTIVE FRIDAY!

I've been excited about this live-studio audience thing for a week now and the week has gone by so fast.

I went to bed early last night, so excited. This was better than Christmas for me. I don't have a problem falling asleep Christmas Eve but last night I was just SO excited.
So at about maybe 4:30 we got up and dressed and everything. normally I'm groggy and I dont want to get up but today I was AWAKE.

I had taken a shower the night before and remember what happened last time?
Well it happened again.
And I looked like i had just rolled out of bed and it was poofy and kind of annoying but i decided after a little watering down that it looked okay.

"You look like you just rolled out of bed..."
"Do you have any idea how much time I spent on my hair? About 7 hours!!" :P

So at 5:59 we pull in the parking lot.



It was pretty cool. We waited in the conference room until they were ready for us and clapped and cheered whenever they said "Festive Friday"

My mom and dad got to talk on the air first but later we all got our chance.

I even got to read off a "Q-Tip" about the Daughtry concert that was sold out.



Two of the interns were there, Lurch and Lethargic Mark.
Lurch was pretty cool. He was really nice and talked to us and hung out for a while.



Of course I had to get a picture with him. (for some reason I kept making weird faces so...)



Then there's Allan who controls all the sound affects and songs and everything.



Then there's Rebecca with her infamous tan. Somehow I managed to make a funny face just as Glenn took the picture. -_-



Jake and Timmy had fun too






Somehow we all managed to crowd in together to get a picture. :P




I got to chill out with Glenn during commercials and stuff.


Then at one point Glenn took us into his studio to record some stuff.
During commercial breaks or whatever they play little clips of listeners saying stuff like
"My favorite actor is..." and some other stuff. So I got to do that, :D

And my siblings and I all did stuff together and then seperate.


So it was awesome and really fun. I can't believe it lasted 4 hours. It didnt seem like it. :P
It seems so long ago that it was yesterday right now though. :P


After the radio station I went to the art museum for a thing on Monet.
I walked around looking at the paintings for an hour and then we waited around for an hour for two of the girls to finish up. it was really boring.
Then we went out to eat and now Im back home and Im so tired. :P
