Jogging Update - 3/21/07

I walked down one side of the street then jogged back down the other.
I did that twice.
And that took about twenty minutes then I walked the rest of the time. But i feel better today. I dont feel like I slacked off or cheated because my legs are tired and I jogged longer than I have before. My cold is also making progress, I've barely coughed at all after my short coughing fit this morning and my throat is feeling better.

How's the walking/jogging going?

In the first quarter on the year I totaled 58 miles. I hope to beat that in the 2nd quarter.
