A week ago today at this very moment I was sitting here in a calm state, relieved the suspense was finally over. A calm state that somehow managed to hitch a ride all day. :P
Today is just another day but over the past week I've decided to continue to make more of an effort to get out of my "shy box" as somebody called it. There have been a couple times I have, such as: asking a store employee a question, making a video and actually submitting it, not freaking out and being a complete spazz when I got to see Daughtry.
So I figure I should keep it up.

you know, i used to be really shy too. but since my teen years, i have pushed myself to get outta the *shy box* and every time it gets easier to be the first to say *hello* or whatever. i find social situations where i don't know anyone the hardest. but hey, perhaps the other people are feeling shy too, and would love me or you to break the ice??
it's a fun game to play: people *love* to talk about themselves
