I applied for a part time job at Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Orchestra and also where my dad works. There was a summer position opening up, Database Maintenance and I have the basic computer skills and I can type well enough, I think I can handle it. :P
A lady from human resources called me yesterday and said she wanted to interview me. So my job interview is on Friday at 2. She said I will meet the guy who will be my manager if I get the job and I will do some simple tests on Excel to check for errors and stuff.
My mom said she was surprised I even answered the phone when she called. :P
I've never done this before so I'm not sure what to expect. Lol... and I am a little nervous but it's not like I'm a horrible person or anything. And I know a *little* about computers so I have a little bit going for me. ;)
But if I get this job, I have a chance of actually getting my own decent car before I'm 35. :D No mustang yet but I can keep dreaming right? ;)
My dad said I could buy him that jeep he's been wanting :P But Im not sure how much I'd get paid, or even if i"d get the job. But I'm crossing my fingers.

I certainly hope you get the job so you can add to your car-saving-account. Even if you don't get it, it will be great experience for you in what to expect next time. You probably know this but I don't think crossing your fingers will help : ) If you need a reference.....
